One of the most critical relationships in the world is that between you and your auto mechanic! So many companies out there – some great, some not so great and many who look at the single transaction as the way to make a fast buck. Jose and AI are not that kind of company. He has been taking care of us for several years ( we have six kids – all driving (poorly at times) and all travelling everywhere) so we need to know that their cars are safe and operating properly. Jose, the owner is one of a kind. We had the pleasure of working with him at some of the most prominent car dealerships here in Jacksonville . He took care of our needs every single time and always impressed us with his level of high quality service. Imagine how excited we were to discover that Jose now has his own shop !!! He is the most honest service technician expert I have ever worked with. He is fair, he does an amazing job and the response time is incredible! Jose did a tremendous job with our Hummer H3 and Lexus RX350. He’s not the pushy type that recommends everything under the sun like some other places around here and he stands by his work. I’ll be returning for years to come.

I brought my car into Automotive Industries due to all of the rave reviews online. I knew my car wasn’t in great condition so when Jose called to tell me the repairs would cost more than my car is worth, I wasn’t too surprised. He let me know he could do repairs, but ultimately that he didn’t want to be taking money from me, since in the long run it wouldn’t be worth it. When I went to go pick up my car I asked how much it would cost for the assessment and they refused to take any payment from me! Jose, along with the rest of his crew, were honest, genuine, and professional. Jose- I believe you were out on a test drive when I came to pick up my car so I wasn’t able to thank you personally, BUT THANK YOU so, so much !

We take all 3 of our vehicles to Automotive Industries for everything from a simple oil change to bigger things like transmission replacement or installing new shocks all around. They are fast, friendly and reliable. We highly recommend Jose!! Go see them, you won’t be sorry.

JP is absolutely amazing at what he does, but the best part about him and his business is his integrity and loyalty to the customer. He wants to make sure he is getting you as good of a deal as possible and has the experience working from the dealership side (so he knows how they try and con you for your money). The only mistake I made is not using his services SOONER!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a great experience when I brought my car to Jose at Automotive Industries. Just over a year ago, I had a problem with an oil leak in my BMW. Jose had fixed that problem and I have had not issues with the car since. Recently, I noticed my car started to leak oil again. I brought my car back to Jose and he repaired it at no charge, not even for labor! How many mechanics would do that?! His honestly and integrity are not often found in that industry. In fact, this was the one time I left a car repair service appointment smiling 🙂 I recommend Automotive Industries to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable mechanic. Mechanics like Jose are few and far between.

Jose is great! He fixed my Audi A4 front wheel drive problems in one day and at an extremely reasonable price! He also picked me up at my house for the service! That was very convenient! For the longest time I could not figure out what was wrong with the car. I took it to the dealership and they tell me all sorts of things and expecting me to pay over 2k. I then heard about Josè and I took it for him to see. He was honest with me and told me what was exactly wrong with my car and didn’t try to add anything unnecessary. Now my car is in much better condition and for a good price. Highly recommend this place for future car repairs.
